        "content": "<p>PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) is accelerating the restoration of\noperations and distribution of fuel oil (BBM) in the Reo Fuel Terminal\n(FT) area, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), following the 7.7 magnitude\nearthquake that struck the region.<\/p>\n<p>Manager Corporate Communication &amp; Relations of PT Elnusa\nPetrofin, Putiarsa Bagus Wibowo, said the company is prioritising\npersonnel safety while supporting Pertamina Patra Niaga in normalising\nfuel distribution to communities affected by the disaster.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElnusa Petrofin continues to deploy its best efforts to accelerate\nthe recovery of fuel distribution in the Reo area and its surroundings,\u201d\nhe said.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that all measures are being carried out in a measured\nmanner, with the security and safety of personnel remaining the top\npriority.<\/p>\n<p>He said the main challenge in restoring fuel distribution at present\nis road access affected by landslides at several points.<\/p>\n<p>To maintain smooth distribution, Elnusa Petrofin is optimising the\nreadiness of personnel and tanker truck fleets, as well as adjusting\noperational patterns based on access conditions in the field.<\/p>\n<p>Elnusa is also mobilising additional tanker crew members (AMT) from\nseveral operating areas outside NTT to strengthen operational readiness\nin the affected region.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to personnel, Elnusa Petrofin is preparing additional\nfleets from several locations and coordinating an alternative supply\nscheme to meet fuel needs in Reo and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n<p>The Ruteng-Reo route can currently be traversed by four-wheeled\nvehicles, but not yet by tanker trucks. Meanwhile, the Trans\nMarapokot-Danga route remains impassable.<\/p>\n<p>The Trans Flores Ende-Bajawa route has reopened and can be used to\nsupport operational movements.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also continue to adjust operational patterns to field access\nconditions so that the community\u2019s energy needs can be met safely and\noptimally again,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to restoring energy distribution, Elnusa Petrofin is\npreparing logistical assistance for affected communities as a form of\ncorporate concern and social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution of aid will be adjusted to community needs and\naccess conditions to affected locations.<\/p>\n<p>Elnusa Petrofin continues to monitor personnel conditions, fleet\nreadiness, and distribution access developments, and coordinates with\nPertamina Patra Niaga, local government, authorities, and relevant\nstakeholders to accelerate operational recovery in NTT.<\/p>",
