What an irony! They took up any job to<br>\nsurvive disregarding their educational background.<\/p>\n<p>Those who continue to work as honorary elementary school<br>\nteachers must be prepared to face a gloomy future. Their pay is<br>\nfar from promising, and have no chance of being appointed as<br>\ncivil servants.<\/p>\n<p>The salaries of elementary school teachers are not sufficient<br>\nto support their families for a whole month. And once they reach<br>\n60 they have to retire and live on the pension. In fact, the<br>\nteaching profession is not very promising.
