"summary": "The Jakarta Civil Registry and Population Agency (Dukcapil) is extending its electronic ID (KTP-E) recording services until 7:30 PM on Friday, April 10, 2026, as part of the \"Jumat Petang\" initiative to accommodate residents with busy schedules. This programme targets the over 164,000 eligible individuals aged 16 and above who have yet to register, particularly first-time applicants, amid low uptake rates below 10 percent. The effort underscores the government's commitment to improving access to essential public services through extended hours and outreach programmes like school visits and weekend services.",
