        "content": "<p>PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (PLN) said electricity across\ncentral and northern Sumatra has fallen into a total outage due to a\nsystem disruption, leaving areas dark this evening. PLN apologised for\nthe disturbance.<\/p>\n<p>I Komang Gede Sastrawan, Manager of Communications for PLN\u2019s\nDistribution Unit for Riau and the Riau Islands, said an investigation\ninto the power system disturbance affecting Riau and surrounding areas\nhad been ongoing since 18:44 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya.
