The Attorney General\u2019s Office (Kejagung) has named a new suspect in\nthe alleged corruption case related to the management of the Free\nNutritious Meals (MBG) programme. The new suspect is Andri Mulyono,\nidentified as a Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal (PT YAT), the\nprovider of Emmo electric motorcycles purchased by the National\nNutrition Agency (BGN).<\/p>\n
\u201cBased on two sufficient pieces of evidence, the investigative team\nhas named AM, Commissioner of PT YAT, as a suspect in the investigation\ninto alleged corruption in the MBG programme\u2019s management at BGN,\u201d said\nthe Director of Investigations at the Junior Attorney General\u2019s Office\nfor Special Crimes, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, to reporters in Jakarta on\nFriday (12\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n
He stated that PT YAT was the electric motorcycle provider procured\nby BGN. The Attorney General\u2019s Office explained that Andri, as\ncommissioner, met with BGN Deputy Head Lodewyk Pusung to introduce\nhimself.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn 2025, AM, as commissioner and controller of PT YAT, which\noperates in goods procurement and logistics, held a meeting with LP, who\nserved as Deputy Head of BGN, to present the company\u2019s profile for the\npurpose of undertaking projects at BGN,\u201d Syarief said.<\/p>\n
Following the meeting, Andri obtained information regarding the plan\nto procure electric motorcycles at BGN. Andri then approached the\nProcurement Officer (PPK) at BGN to arrange the procurement process,\ndespite PT YAT not meeting the requirements as it did not yet have a\ndealer or workshop.<\/p>\n
\u201cAM unlawfully engaged in active communication with the PPK to follow\nup on the procurement. In fact, PT YAT did not yet have an active dealer\nor workshop and did not meet the requirements, and the procurement\nprocess had not yet commenced,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
In short, PT YAT secured the project. The Attorney General\u2019s Office\nsuspects there was a mark-up on the price of the electric\nmotorcycles.<\/p>\n
AM has been charged under Articles 603 and 604 of the Criminal Code\nand has been detained.<\/p>\n
The Attorney General\u2019s Office had previously named four individuals\nas suspects in the alleged corruption case involving MBG management.\nThey are:<\/p>\n

The Attorney General\u2019s Office suspects irregularities in the\nmanagement of the MBG programme, including alleged affiliations between\nthe suspects and the foundation managing the SPPG, as well as suspected\nmark-ups in the procurement of electric motorcycles, shoes, tablets, and\ntelevisions.<\/p>\n
