Namely, I propose the elections be held in<br>\n2002 rather than in 2004, when Abdurrahman's term in office is<br>\nscheduled to end.<\/p>\n<p>In my opinion, this proposal should be delivered to<br>\nAbdurrahman during the planned meeting between the President and<br>\nthe leaders of the four top political parties.
