        "content": "<p>The EduTrip programme at higher education institutions is not merely\nan overseas trip, but a platform for student learning and personal\ndevelopment. \u2018EduTrip is designed to provide direct international\nlearning experiences for students. Participants gain academic exposure\nthrough campus visits, learn about new cultures, expand international\nnetworks, and boost confidence to compete in a globalised era,\u2019\nexplained Cicih Nuraeni, EduTrip Programme Coordinator at Universitas\nBina Sarana Informatika (UBSI), in Jakarta on Thursday (28 May 2026).\nShe added that the programme motivates students to further develop their\nglobal outlook and skills. \u2018Through this activity, we want students to\nhave a broader perspective on global education and industry. We hope the\nexperiences gained during EduTrip will be valuable assets for their\nfuture,\u2019 she said. Cicih outlined that UBSI\u2019s EduTrip offers a\nshort-term overseas academic and cultural immersion concept, allowing\nparticipants to understand international education systems, academic and\nindustrial practices abroad, and build global connections. The\ninitiative aims to enhance cross-cultural communication skills, broaden\ninternational perspectives, and develop global leadership competencies.\n\u2018In addition to being a learning platform overseas, the programme is\nalso designed to expand students\u2019 global awareness and provide\ncross-cultural learning experiences,\u2019 she concluded. UBSI, as a Creative\nDigital Campus, is once again offering students the chance to\nparticipate in the international EduTrip Programme Batch 3, with\ndestinations in Singapore and Malaysia. The programme is scheduled to\ntake place from 2-5 November 2026 and is one of the flagship activities\ncombining academic, cultural, and international networking experiences.\nParticipants will engage in various activities, including a Singapore\nCity Tour, visits to Singapore Management University (SMU), campus tours\nat Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), and experiencing Kuala Lumpur\nthrough the KL City Tour. In addition to campus visits, participants\nwill receive facilities such as round-trip airfare, accommodation,\ntransportation, international certificates, campus and company tours,\nand professional chaperones throughout the programme.<\/p>",
