Educational town<\/p>\n

The educational town of Jatinangor, Sumedang, West Java is
\ngrowing and developing rapidly. This is evident by the
\nflourishing higher educational institutions in the region,
\nexpansion of the industrial area, construction of various public
\nfacilities and establishment of housing complexes. This in turn
\nwill increase the revenue of the local government.<\/p>\n
Follow-up measures that should be taken to support the growth
\nare, among other things:<\/p>\n
* The construction of shopping centers, a bus terminal and
\ntown transportation network.<\/p>\n
* The road that links Cikuda and Cibeusi (at the borderline
\nbetween Sumedang and Bandung regencies) should be widened and
\nproper pavements and sufficient illumination should be provided.<\/p>\n
* A toll road should be built to ease the traffic congestion
\nwhich usually occurs between Cileunyi and Tanjungsari.<\/p>\n
The development program above is by no means a luxury but is
\nneeded for an increasingly growing area which in future will
\nattract investors to participate in its development plan.<\/p>\n
