This means that the rich as well as the poor have<br>\nequal opportunity to get an education in conformity with the<br>\ngovernment&apos;s task to uplift the intellectual capacity and enhance<br>\npeople&apos;s living standards.<\/p>\n<p>However, in reality, and as often is the case, the education<br>\nestablished by the government is mostly enjoyed by the<br>\nfinancially stable, whereas those who are economically weak have<br>\nto struggle for their schooling in private educational<br>\nestablishments.
