We were most dismayed to read Mr. Adwani's comments regarding
\nhis experiences with our Easycall Follow Me Service (The Jakarta
\nPost, July 21, 1994).<\/p>\n
We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused to Mr.
\nAdwani and his associates in this matter.<\/p>\n
EasyCall has experienced rapid growth in the paging industry
\ndue to our range of services and our expanding coverage areas.
\nDuring this growth phase we are continually upgrading and
\nimproving our processes and procedures to ensure excellent
\ncustomer service and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
The Follow Me Service is designed for people who travel
\ninfrequently to other cities and is activated upon advising us of
\nthe particular travel plans. As a result of Mr. Adwani's
\nexperience we have modified the process of activating the Follow
\nMe Service to ensure improved customer service in the future.<\/p>\n
For those subscribers who travel frequently we recommend our
\nEasyNet service which transmits messages to all areas covered by
\nour service at all times and does not require the user to advise
\nof his whereabouts.<\/p>\n
Finally, Mr. Adwani was contacted on July 18 during a routine
\ncourtesy call when we explained the above circumstances and we
\nunderstand that Mr. Adwani is continuing with his EasyCall
\nservice.<\/p>\n
