        "content": "<p>State Senior High School (SMA) 10 Samarinda, designated as a Garuda\nTransformation School in East Kalimantan Province, is continuing to\nsharpen its collaborative student research programme to enhance\neducational competitiveness at both national and global levels. \u201cWe are\nconstantly maturing various strengthening programmes such as\ncollaborative research, IELTS enrichment, and interest-based portfolio\ndevelopment so that students are ready to compete,\u201d said SMA Negeri 10\nSamarinda Head Ni Made Adnyani on Saturday. The institution\u2019s\nstrengthening programme now employs an interest-based approach, where\ninterested students receive full services while others are directed\ntowards strengthening science and technology fields. In addition to\nsharpening the collaborative research programme, the school has also\nbegun introducing international standardisation from grade 10 and is\nworking to elevate the learning level to the Cambridge curriculum, which\nis based on problem-solving and practice. In its first year as a Garuda\nSchool in 2025, the Samarinda-based educational institution recorded a\npositive achievement with 116 letters of acceptance from global\nuniversities obtained by 32 students. This string of achievements\nsuccessfully placed the school fourth nationally in terms of the number\nof Garuda Scholarship recipients. \u201cThe number of Garuda Scholarship\nrecipients from our school this year is six out of approximately 30\nstudents who applied,\u201d said Ni Made Adnyani.
