The police also require participant groups\nto use closed four-wheeled vehicles without attaching school attributes\nto the vehicles and prohibit convoys that could potentially disrupt\npublic order and traffic flow. Participants are also prohibited from\ncarrying sticks, school flags, community attributes, as well as lighting\nfirecrackers, fireworks, or flares. Other prohibitions include acts of\nprovocation, spreading hoaxes and hate speech on social media, and\nconsuming alcohol and illegal drugs during the activities.
