        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com \u2013 Chery Indonesia has begun early reservations\nfor its latest electric car, the Chery Q. Interestingly, customers who\nparticipate in the pre-book program will receive an additional advantage\nin the form of the Sigma Package for free.<\/p>\n<p>Although the detailed specifications of this electric car have not\nbeen fully revealed at the unveiling in Jakarta, Monday (18 May 2026),\nChery ensures the program is a gesture of appreciation for the first\nChery Q customers in Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>The early reservation program runs until 15 July 2026 and is said to\nhave no quota limit.<\/p>\n<p>The package consists of four main features: Power Tailgate,\nAutonomous Parking Assist, Special Design 17-inch rims, and External\nCommunication Audio.<\/p>\n<p>The four features are designed to enhance user comfort and driving\nexperience, especially for daily urban mobility needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUpgrade to Sigma Package\u201d is also claimed to strengthen the Chery\nQ\u2019s identity as The Most Complete Compact EV.<\/p>\n<p>Vice Country Director Business Unit Chery Indonesia, Budi Darmawan\nJantania, said all features in the Sigma Package are provided at no\nadditional cost.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are providing the Sigma Package with a total value of Rp 40\nmillion for free,\u201d said Budi.<\/p>\n<p>One of its main attractions is the fast charging capability, which\nallows charging from 30 percent to 80 percent in just 16.5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Although the official price has not been announced, Chery indicated\nthe car\u2019s price would be around Rp 200 million.<\/p>\n<p>In the future, the Chery Q will come in three colour options, namely\nDusk Purple, Oak Latte, and Spark White. Unit distribution to customers\nis said to begin in Q3 2026.<\/p>",
