        "content": "<p>E-learning community established<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: In order to enhance the distant e-learning quality in<br>\nmany institutions, a group of professionals established E-<br>\nlearning Community on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Initiated by Bina Nusantara University, the community will<br>\npublish an e-journal and newsletter, as well as run seminars and<br>\ntraining programs about e-learning, such as the recent<br>\ndevelopment of program applications, the instructional design, or<br>\nthe infrastructure problems like bandwith.<\/p>\n<p>Other organizations involved are Southeast Asian Ministers of<br>\nEducation Council Regional Open Learning Center, Informatics<br>\nCommunication Technology Watch, Gajah Mada University, PT<br>\nMicrosoft Indonesia, PT Hewlett and Packard Indonesia and PT<br>\nOracle Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Bina Nusantara University director of information systems<br>\nprogram, Hanny Santoso, said the community was also a place for<br>\nthe professionals to share experiences, knowledge and work<br>\ntogether to develop e-learning.<\/p>\n<p>\"Hopefully we can improve the system here.
