Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Shares of Sinar Mas Group issuer PT Dian
Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) recorded a jumbo transaction in the
negotiation market on Monday (10/8/2026). The value reached Rp1.3
trillion, carried out in three transactions.

Referring to Stockbit trading data, 13.3 million lots, equivalent to
1.33 billion DSSA shares, changed hands in the negotiation market at an
average price of Rp974 per share. The total value reached Rp1,297.2
billion, or Rp1.3 trillion.

This price was below DSSA’s closing price in the regular market on
the same day, which was Rp985 per share. This means the jumbo negotiated
transaction was executed at a discount of approximately 1.12% from the
market price.

It is not yet known exactly who carried out the jumbo transaction.
However, citing broker distribution data in the negotiation market, the
transaction was facilitated by brokers from within the group.

On the seller side, the entire transaction worth Rp1.30 trillion was
executed by PT Sinarmas Sekuritas (DH). Meanwhile, on the buyer side,
the transaction was split between PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia (DR) worth
Rp677.62 billion and Sinarmas Sekuritas (DH) worth Rp619.12 billion.

This transaction coincided with the schedule for DSSA’s corporate
action. Previously, management announced a plan to transfer shares
resulting from a buyback, up to a maximum of 9,631,904,000 shares,
equivalent to 5% of all shares issued and listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX). The transfer is carried out through a sale mechanism on
the exchange, starting 10 August 2026 until the entire process is
completed.

In this corporate action, DSSA appointed PT Sinarmas Sekuritas as the
exchange member tasked with executing the share transfer process. The
transfer price refers to the provisions and regulations applicable in
the capital market.

As of the time this report was filed, there has been no official
statement from DSSA management regarding the negotiation market
transaction.

Foreign fund flows were also recorded pouring heavily into DSSA
shares on Monday’s trading. Across all markets, foreign investors
recorded a net buy of Rp1.40 trillion, with foreign buy value reaching
Rp1.66 trillion compared to foreign sell of Rp258.66 billion.

However, the majority of this inflow did not originate from the
regular market. Foreign net buy in the cash and negotiation market was
recorded at Rp1.30 trillion, while in the regular market it was only
Rp105.34 billion.

As a note, transactions in the negotiation market are conducted based
on direct price agreements between sellers and buyers outside the
regular market’s continuous auction mechanism. Therefore, these
transactions do not affect the formation of the closing price in the
regular market.

A day later, DSSA shares actually came under pressure. On Tuesday
(11/8/2026), DSSA opened higher at Rp990 per share and touched a high of
Rp995. However, selling pressure quickly dragged the share price into
the red. DSSA briefly plunged to a low of Rp935 per share, a decline of
5.08% from the previous close of Rp985 per share, before moving
fluctuatively in the Rp940-Rp960 range in the early session.

Throughout this year, DSSA has been one of the most volatile stocks
on the exchange, in line with the company’s business transformation from
coal dependency towards a new renewable energy ecosystem and digital
infrastructure, including the development of data centres and internet
services.
",
