        "content": "<p>Drug abuse up among children<\/p>\n<p>MANADO, North Sulawesi: Increasing drug abuse now includes <br>\nchildren as young as seven years old, according to the National <br>\nNarcotics Agency (BNN).<\/p>\n<p>BNN Head Insp. Gen. Togar Sianipar said on Sunday that it was <br>\nfound that several elementary school students, aged seven in <br>\nNorth Sulawesi had been arrested by police for drug abuse.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Parents must be aware of the latest developments in drug <br>\ntrafficking.
