But after they were recalled and<br>\nassigned to other duties, the traffic was back to its old chaotic<br>\nself.<\/p>\n<p>Every bus that leaves the terminal stops for a few moments<br>\nnear the terminal's exit to pick up more passengers, and thus<br>\ncauses a blockade to the vehicles behind it.
