Dream Team in Junior Open<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Members of the Dream Team -- National Master
\n(MN) Susanto Megaranto, who just earned his FIDE Master in Brunei
\nDarussalam, MN Taufik Halay, MN Tirta Chandra and Percasi (the
\nIndonesian Chess Association) Master Andrean Susilodinata -- will
\nbe competing at the Junior Chess Open Tournament.<\/p>\n
The tournament, which is offering Rp 2.8 million (US$300) in
\nprize money, will take place on Sunday at the Galangan VOC Cafe
\nand Gallery on Jl. Kakap no. 1, North Jakarta, and use the 25-
\nminute rapid chess system in five rounds.<\/p>\n
The one-day event will be divided into three age groups
\ncomprising under-10, under-14 and under-20. The organizers will
\nlimit the number of participants within each age group.<\/p>\n
Percasi spokesman Kristianus Liem called on participants to
\nbring along two books that will be donated to refugees in Aceh.<\/p>\n
