Puruk Cahu (ANTARA) - The Chairman of the Murung Raya (Mura) Regional\nLegislative Council (DPRD), Rumiadi, extended congratulations on the\n79th anniversary of Bhayangkara on behalf of the DPRD leadership and\nmembers, as well as representing the people of Murung Raya Regency.<\/p>\n
Rumiadi assessed that the presence and role of the Indonesian\nNational Police (Polri) is vital in maintaining public security and\norder. He noted that Polri has a noble duty as protector, guardian and\nlaw enforcer, and that without their presence, public disturbances could\noccur.<\/p>\n
\u201cPolice officers also possess instinct and conscience in carrying out\nhumanitarian duties. Polri is part of society because all its members\nalso come from the community,\u201d said the PDI-P politician.<\/p>\n
Rumiadi emphasised the importance of Polri working with precision,\nprofessionalism and proportionality, while continuing to foster synergy\nwith the regional government and Murung Raya DPRD.<\/p>\n
\u201cHopefully in the future, the relationship between Polri, the\ngovernment and the DPRD will become increasingly solid for the benefit\nof the public,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Rumiadi assessed that well-maintained security would\nhave a direct impact on the smooth progress of development and public\nwelfare.
