        "content": "<p>Majalengka, West Java \u2014 Twenty PPP members from West Java, comprising\ncadres from 15 DPC PPP across the province, will file a Perbuatan\nMelawan Hukum (PMH) suit against the DPP PPP and the DPW PPP West Java.\nThe filing will take place this week. The lawyers for the members, led\nby Gugun Kurniawan, said they have received powers of attorney from the\n20 members to file the suit against the DPP PPP and the DPW PPP West\nJava. \u2018The suit is filed because of the DPP PPP\u2019s action in certifying\nUu Ruzhanul Ulum as Chair of the DPW PPP West Java for the 2026\u20132031\nterm. Naturally, the Muswil process conducted by Uu Ruzhanul Ulum is\ndeemed not in line with party procedures and violates legal provisions,\u2019\nGugun said on Wednesday (4\/3\/2026). As is known, the decree appointing a\nPlt in the name of Uu Ruzhanul Ulum is being challenged by Pepep in PN\nJakarta Pusat. Therefore, in his view, the DPP PPP should not take\npolicy steps that could disadvantage PPP members in West Java before\nthere is legal certainty. The plaintiffs also argue that the DPP PPP\nshould first undertake internal reforms within the party\u2019s structure,\nincluding establishing a Mahkamah Partai, ensuring 30 per cent female\nrepresentation in the leadership, and refining the party\u2019s AD\/ART. \u2018Our\nclients work for the party. However, if the voice of members is ignored\nand not respected, then under the law, our clients have the right to\nseek justice, including through legal action,\u2019 he stated. Consequently,\nhe urged all parties, both the DPP and the DPW PPP West Java, not to\ntake actions that could damage the PPP. Furthermore, all parties should\nrespect the legal processes that will unfold.<\/p>",
