        "content": "<p>The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Jatinegara sub-district,\nEast Jakarta, seized dozens of bird cages belonging to a resident on\nJalan Otista Dalam, RT 14\/RW 08, Bidara Cina, East Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Satpol PP for Jatinegara sub-district, Teguh Nurdin\nAmali, stated that officers secured 25 homing pigeons along with their\ncages during the enforcement action.<\/p>\n<p>The enforcement was carried out following complaints from residents\nwho were disturbed by the presence of the bird cages.<\/p>\n<p>Teguh explained that local residents had previously attempted to\ncommunicate with the bird owner regarding the complaints. However, the\nowner was deemed uncooperative.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the seized birds, Teguh mentioned that they would be handed\nover to the East Jakarta Food Security, Maritime, and Agriculture Agency\n(KPKP).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe birds that were enforced upon fall under the authority of the\nKPKP. After being seized, they will be released or repurposed, but\nclearly, they will not be returned to the owner,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
