After\naccessing the page, users should select the \u2018Documents\u2019 menu and click\nthe \u2018Download\u2019 button under the Absolute Responsibility Statement\n(SPTJM) section. This applies to graduates from\nschools outside Jakarta for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026, and\ngraduates from schools within Jakarta for the years 2024 and 2025,\nprovided they are not registered in any other educational\ninstitution.<\/p>\n<p>For Junior High (SMP) applicants, mandatory documents include the\nFamily Card, report card grades for grades 4 and 5 (semesters 1 and 2)\nand grade 6 (semester 1), school education posters, and the SPTJM.\nAdditional documents such as average grade certificates and academic or\nnon-academic achievement certificates may also be submitted.
