Dossiers of Tata, Juan submitted<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): City police detectives handed over on Tuesday
\nthe dossiers of suspects Ardhia Pramesti \"Tata\" Regita Cahyani,
\nwife of fugitive Hutomo \"Tommy\" Mandala Putra, and lawyer Juan
\nFelix Tampubolon, to the Jakarta Provincial Prosecutor's Office.<\/p>\n
City police chief of detectives Sr. Comr. Harry Montolalu said
\non Tuesday it would take the prosecutors 14 days to examine the
\ndossiers before the suspects could be tried.<\/p>\n
Both Tata and Juan were named suspects under Article 216 of
\nthe criminal code for obstructing the police's search for Tommy,
\nan offense which carries a maximum jail term of four months and
\ntwo weeks.<\/p>\n
Tata was suspected of telling lies to the police, claiming
\nthat she had no information about the existence of a bunker --
\nsuspected then to be the temporary shelter of Tommy -- under the
\ncouple's residence on Jl. Cendana, Central Jakarta.<\/p>\n
Juan was declared a suspect for allegedly trying to prevent
\nthe police from drilling the ground floor of Tommy's mansion.
