This\nalternative route cannot be accessed directly from arterial roads but\nonly through the designated existing toll network. This follows the\ncirculation of a video on social media showing several drivers stuck on\nan unusual route while attempting to enter the functional toll section.\n\u201cNo (entry from arterial roads). Entry access is only through the\ndesignated toll gates. So, it cannot be entered directly from arterial\nroads,\u201d said Charles to Kompas.com on Monday (23\/3\/2026). He explained\nthat drivers wishing to use this route must enter through already\noperational toll sections, one of which is the Sadang Toll, before being\ndirected to Japek II South. This scheme is implemented to maintain road\nuser safety while ensuring smooth traffic flow on the still functional\nstatus route. Although prepared to support the return flow, the\noperation of this functional toll is situational and not open all the\ntime.
