Doctor's IDI membership<\/p>\n
I am a member of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI)
\nunder membership number IDI 35427. In mid March, 2001, I was
\ntransferred from Bengkulu province to Jakarta. In early April I
\nregistered myself at IDI's East Jakarta chapter to obtain a new
\nmembership card for which I paid the following: Registration fee
\nRp. 10,000 + 1988, 1999 administrative clearance fee Rp. 144,000
\n+ contribution fees of 2000 and 2001 Rp. 168,000 + deposit fee
\nat BNI Rp. 50,000 + administration fee Rp. 15,000. Total amount
\nRp. 387,000.<\/p>\n
I was also informed that I would receive my new card at the
\nlatest within two and half months after registering.<\/p>\n
For nearly five months now, I have still been waiting for the
\npromised membership card. A colleague who registered earlier
\nobtained his card two months after the registration date. Who is
\nresponsible for this matter?<\/p>\n
I have asked IDI's executive board but have gained no
\nconfirmation of my application. Nobody picked up the phone at
\nIDI's East Jakarta chapter when I tried to contact them a few
\ndays ago. I need an explanation from IDI of East Jakarta chapter
\nregarding this matter.<\/p>\n
