The Bali bomb blast investigation team has again officially
\nmade public the pictures and sketches of six suspects in the Oct.
\n12 blasts. Previously, it made public the sketches of four
\nsuspects in the same case.<\/p>\n
The sketches have been based on the latest photographs of the
\npersons concerned and also on the information of witnesses who
\nhave seen them.<\/p>\n
Obviously, these pictures and sketches are not the result of
\nsome kind of engineering as the team, in cooperation with
\ninternational investigators, has worked in conformity with the
\nstandard procedures that prevail nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n
These pictures and sketches have been made public so that
\nmembers of the community, who happen to come across any of them
\nor who know of their whereabouts, may contact the police. Also,
\nthe investigation team would like to convince the public that it
\nhas worked hard to uncover the network of terrorists involved in
\nthe Bali bomb blast.<\/p>\n
Strangely enough, some people have responded by making their
\nown theories although they do not have hard and accurate
\nevidence. In their analyses they refute the police results,
\ntherefore confusing the public and, in a way, \"protecting the
\nterrorists\" instead.<\/p>\n
The public should bear in mind that the bomb blast in Bali is
\na major case with international repercussions. Thus, it stands to
\nlogic that it cannot be solved instantly.<\/p>\n
In this context, the public must help the police by refraining
\nfrom making theories which are not based on facts.<\/p>\n
