        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Secretary of the DKI Jakarta Provincial\nGovernment, Uus Kuswanto, has requested that all regional apparatus\nensure that the budget proposals allocated in the local budget align\nwith central government policies, the regional vision, strategic issues,\nand development priorities for 2027.<\/p>\n<p>This was stated by Uus when opening the City\/District Development\nPlanning Deliberation (Musrenbang) of the DKI Jakarta Province for 2026\nat Jakarta City Hall on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Uus also requested that the ranks implement principles of efficiency\nand effectiveness by considering budget absorption capacity and\nstrengthening cross-sectoral collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThen, position regional potentials as a new pillar of growth to\nsupport Jakarta\u2019s grand vision as a global city through innovative and\ncollaborative approaches,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Another matter that he emphasised and requested from the ranks is to\nstrengthen the resolution of cross-sectoral issues at the city or\nregency level and to encourage the integration of development in the\nJabodetabek agglomeration area to create social stability around\nJakarta.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, ensure that all programmes compiled are based on data,\nresearch, and evidence to improve targeting accuracy, as well as\nprioritise programmes with high leverage and broad impact, and respond\nquickly to community needs.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of Musrenbang at the city and regency level is a\nseries in the preparation of the 2027 RKPD draft as a follow-up to the\nmandate of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>In the event, mayors and regents presented reports on the results of\nsub-district Musrenbang implementation based on citizen proposals that\nhave been inputted, verified, and validated in stages from the RW level,\nsub-district to sub-district level.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI request that all ranks of the Jakarta Provincial Government follow\nup on all citizen proposals resulting from Musrenbang to subsequently\nbecome input and consideration in the preparation of the 2027\ndevelopment plan,\u201d said Uus.<\/p>",
