        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The DKI Jakarta Department of Child Empowerment,\nProtection, and Population Control (PPAPP) is collaborating with PT\nTransportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) to strengthen inclusive work\nenvironments as an effort to prevent and address gender-based sexual\nviolence. \u201cThis is the signing of the cooperation agreement between the\nDKI Jakarta Provincial Government and PT Transportasi Jakarta on\nstrengthening inclusive work environments,\u201d said the Head of the DKI\nJakarta PPAPP Department, Dwi Oktavia, in Jakarta on Thursday.\nMeanwhile, Transjakarta\u2019s Director of Finance, Human Resources, and\nGeneral Affairs, Mayangsari Dian Irwantari, stated that the cooperation\nserves as a concrete step in providing a safe, inclusive, and\ngender-responsive work environment for all employees, labour partners,\ninterns, and Transjakarta customers. She added that this is part of the\ncompany\u2019s commitment to building a work culture that respects human\nrights and upholds equality. \u201cThrough this cooperation, we want to\nensure that all Transjakarta personnel receive protection and an\ninclusive work space,\u201d Mayangsari said. The implementation of this\ncooperation will soon be realised through various strategic programmes,\nstarting from the development of reporting and case-handling mechanisms,\nstrengthening employee capacity, to providing supporting facilities,\nsuch as the Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak (Pos SAPA), Employee\nProtection Team, and the development of child-friendly daycare in the\nTransjakarta work environment.
