        "content": "<p>The Jakarta Provincial Government will soon conduct the\ngroundbreaking ceremony for the redevelopment of the Blok M Hub area in\nSouth Jakarta next week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor Blok M, an agreement has already been reached between MRT\nJakarta and the existing developers. I will be present next week for the\nlaunch and the groundbreaking ceremony at the site,\u201d said the Governor\nof Jakarta, Pramono Anung, following a visit to the Public Service Mall\non Jalan Epicentrum, South Jakarta, on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Pramono explained that two new towers will be constructed at the\nsite. However, he noted that the specific heights of these towers will\nbe detailed following the groundbreaking ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the towers, the area will also see the construction of\napartments, hotels, and shopping malls.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Pram Mramono explained that the Transit Oriented\nDevelopment (TOD) at the Blok M Hub will be developed alongside selected\ndevelopers. \u201cWhat is clear is that the TOD is being developed with\nprofessional and credible developers who have long contributed\nsignificantly to the development of Jakarta,\u201d Pramono stated.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the Jakarta Provincial Government, through PT MRT\nJakarta, had planned to collaborate with a major developer for the\nredevelopment of the Blok M Hub area in South Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>According to Pramono, the design concept for the transition of the\nBlok M Hub area has been discussed in meetings and has received\napproval.<\/p>\n<p>Moving forward, Blok M Hub will be redeveloped to be more organised\nand well-planned. The redevelopment is also expected to boost economic\nactivity in the surrounding Blok M area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a result, Blok M will become a more orderly, structured, and\nplanned area, and hopefully, it will bring economic improvements to the\ndistrict,\u201d Pramono concluded.<\/p>",
