The council member, who sits on Commission C of the DKI Jakarta DPRD,\nemphasised that education is a right for every child and should not be\nobstructed by administrative costs or school equipment issues. The alumnus of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of\nIndonesia (Lemhannas RI) urged the regional government to strengthen\nprotection policies for students from underprivileged families through\nmore targeted assistance schemes. He advocated for measures including\nthe waiving of arrears, free uniform assistance, and scholarships to\nminimise administrative barriers. Kenneth described education as a\nlong-term investment for the nation, insisting every student must be\ngiven an equal opportunity to achieve their aspirations.<\/p>\n
He also invited the public not to hesitate in reporting cases of\nstudents at risk of dropping out due to economic difficulties, whether\ncaused by arrears or a lack of uniforms, books, or shoes.
