        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Jakarta Provincial Government is currently\nconducting data collection on elderly individuals and people with\ndisabilities (Dilan) to identify those needing appropriate support and\nhealth services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are collaborating with the Health Service to identify which\nelderly and disabled individuals can be intervened by the Health Service\nwith the white force,\u201d said the Head of the Administrative Sub-section\nof the Family Data and Information Centre of the Child Empowerment,\nChild Protection, and Population Control Service (PPAPP DKI) of Jakarta,\nKristiana Wahyu Sakitri.<\/p>\n<p>In a podcast themed \u201cCarik Jakarta: From Dasawisma Cadres for\nJakarta\u2019s Development\u201d in Jakarta on Wednesday, Kristiana explained that\nthe data collection is carried out by Dasawisma cadres using the Carik\nJakarta application.<\/p>\n<p>The targets of the data collection are elderly individuals aged 60\nyears and above and residents with disabilities aged two years and\nabove. The purpose of the data collection is to identify the social and\nhealth conditions of the elderly and disabled, their level of\nindependence, and priority targets for home service provision.<\/p>\n<p>The Jakarta Provincial Government hopes that all elderly individuals\nand people with disabilities will receive the best services, both from\nhealth aspects and empowerment for them and their families, so that they\nremain empowered and prosperous.<\/p>\n<p>The number of Dilan data collection targets as of March 2026 is\n858,711 elderly individuals and people with disabilities in the five\nadministrative city areas of Jakarta and the Thousand Islands.<\/p>\n<p>The target determination phase is scheduled for 30-31 March 2026,\nfollowed by the data collection phase from 1-12 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Carik Jakarta is a family data collection application\ndeveloped by the DKI Jakarta PPAPP Service since 2019, as an effort by\nthe Jakarta Provincial Government to capture the condition of families\nin DKI Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe variables included cover household characteristics,\ndemographics, up to family development or family resilience,\u201d said\nKristiana.<\/p>",
