"summary": "Members of the DKI Jakarta DPRD interrupted Governor Pramono Anung during a plenary session to discuss the free school programme, praising its expansion to 103 private schools this year from 40 in 2023 but urging better targeting for low-income families and inclusion of madrasahs. They highlighted ongoing issues like high dropout rates and called for further increases in participating schools and budget allocation of Rp 253.6 billion to ensure equitable access to education in the capital. This reflects broader concerns about educational equity and non-discrimination in Jakarta's social policies.",
