"summary": "The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has introduced a time-based parking scheme on Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo in Cawang, East Jakarta, to improve traffic flow. Vehicles are permitted to park at designated times using specific patterns, including 45-degree angled parking on the west side and parallel parking on the east side, with strict enforcement against violators. The policy follows a joint operation that resulted in four cars being towed, as authorities pledge consistent, city-wide crackdowns on illegal parking.",
