He stated that the current salary for\nministers is lower than that of directors of state-owned enterprises\n(BUMN). According to Kalla, the basic salary for ministers is only\naround Rp19 million per month, so a salary cut would make the comparison\neven greater. \u201cIf it\u2019s cut again, the salary of BUMN directors will be\nfar higher than that of ministers,\u201d he said when met at the Al-Azhar\nGrand Mosque, South Jakarta, on Saturday (21\/3\/2026). \u201cSo if it\u2019s cut\nagain, how much will be left for ministers?
