        "content": "<p>Crowds of shoppers began appearing from seven days before Eid, with\nthe majority purchasing children\u2019s and adult clothing, said Kusuma, a\nclothing shop attendant, to ANTARA on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>In the modest-sized shop, a variety of clothing items were on display\nfor customers to choose from, including garments, trousers, Muslim\nclothing, children\u2019s toys, and sandals for both men and women.<\/p>\n<p>Affordable prices have been the main reason residents shop for new\nclothing at this shop. A large advertising board displayed prices\nstarting from IDR 35,000 for three pieces of clothing.<\/p>\n<p>This shop has become a popular destination for locals seeking new\nclothes to wear when Eid arrives. The majority of visitors are mothers\nand children.<\/p>\n<p>Shop staff continue to ensure children can get new clothes for Eid.\nSpeaking to ANTARA, Daini stated that she was purchasing new clothes for\nher three children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe came to this shop to buy new clothes for our three children. Even\nthough we are in the midst of a disaster, when we have income, there is\nnothing wrong with buying our children new clothes,\u201d said Daini whilst\nbrowsing the clothing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur house was flooded and our clothes were swept away by the water.\nNow, with income from the business we are rebuilding, we are giving our\nchildren new clothes,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Daini operated a food and drink stall in front of her\nresidence. Currently, she runs a motorcycle washing service with her\nhusband at their new rented premises located in Lubuk Tukko Baru, Pandan\nDistrict, Tapanuli Tengah Regency, North Sumatra.<\/p>",
