Let us contemplate the flood calamities that have happened due
\nto lack of consideration and foresight. All of these cases could
\nhave been avoided if people would plan ahead:
\n 1. Catastrophic floods caused by the absence of water catchment
\nareas and dwelling in unsuitable locations.
\n 2. Lack of objectivity, poor environmental planning and
\nconstruction as well as poor telephone and electrical wiring
\n(short circuits, conflagrations unavoidable), pipe work and
\ndrainage systems, including unhygienic water conditions and
\nasbestos contamination.
\n 3. Hazardous garbage accumulation, disorder and no discipline in
\nall tasks.
\n 4. Traffic chaos, inappropriate road signs and poor safety
\nstandards, no monitoring functions, massive pollution,
\nunregulated exhaust fumes and noise disturbances.<\/p>\n
It is still a complicated and bureaucratically long winded way
\nto go to change these conditions. It is a pity for these very
\nvaluable people.<\/p>\n
