Technicians allegedly\nacting on behalf of Indosat demanded payment for the replacement of a\nfibre optic cable jack without providing any receipts, suggesting\npotential illegal levies by technicians, alongside suspected\nmanipulation of service visit confirmations.<\/p>\n<p>On 31 August 2026, the Indosat Hifi team performed a router\nreplacement.
