I was very surprised at<br>\nthis turn of events since my Nokia 3550 was quite new, and I<br>\nrarely use it because I also have another phone, a Nokia 6210.<\/p>\n<p>Due to my tight schedule, on June 19, it was my husband who<br>\ntook my Nokia 3530 to the Nokia Professional Center SBCD, the<br>\nNokia service center in the Sudirman area. When the technician<br>\nchecked my Nokia 3530, she found that a part of it had rusted.<br>\nFurthermore, she told my husband that the repairs would be<br>\ncharged to him, and the cost would depend on the repairs needed.<br>\nMy husband refused to accept this because my Nokia 3530 was still<br>\nunder warranty.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the technician refused to honor the warranty and<br>\nstill insisted that the repairs were not covered under the<br>\nguarantee period. She claimed that the defect was caused by my<br>\nsweat or some other vague reason. Of course, my husband and I<br>\nwere very disappointed because we are fanatical Nokia users, and<br>\nwe were shocked that Nokia would not provide good after-sales<br>\nservice during the guarantee period, which is one year.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it seems that Nokia&apos;s products are shoddy, and it<br>\nmight even be the case that Nokia is selling off secondhand<br>\nhardware because it is impossible that in four months a new Nokia<br>\nphone could become defective and rusted.
