Disappointed by SCTV<\/p>\n

Some time ago SCTV asked me for the use of my villa in Anyer,
\nWest Java. The wanted to shoot Dessy there because one of the
\nepisodes needed a beach location. I agreed and permitted them to
\nuse the whole villa including its yard which protrudes into the
\nsea.<\/p>\n
A memorandum of understanding was prepared by SCTV. One
\nparagraph stipulated that if I (the second party) \"do not fulfill
\nmy obligation as agreed upon, then I am obliged to refund all
\nexpenses born by the first party (SCTV) to pay the cost of
\nanother villa as a substitute.\"<\/p>\n
I signed the agreement and sent it back to SCTV. I was
\ninformed that the shooting was to begin at 8 a.m. I left at 5
\na.m. for Anyer because the journey takes over two hours. I arrived
\njust after 7.30 and prepared everything for the shoot, including
\ntwo speedboats and two jetskies in case they needed them as
\nprops.<\/p>\n
The SCTV crew didn't show up and they never informed me about
\nthe cancellation. I have no intention to claim for any
\ncompensation.<\/p>\n
I used to regard SCTV as professional, but now I think of them
\nas slack.<\/p>\n
