        "content": "<p>The position of Director of Law Enforcement (Dirgakkum) of the\nNational Police\u2019s Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) has been officially\nhanded over from Brigadier General Faizal to Senior Commissioner Dr.\u00a0I\nMade Agus Prasatya. The handover ceremony was led directly by the Head\nof the Traffic Corps, Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho, at the Madelu\nHall of Korlantas Polri on Thursday (11\/6\/2026). In his address, the\nHead of Korlantas Polri stressed that the Directorate of Law Enforcement\nplays a strategic role in ensuring traffic security, safety, order, and\nsmooth flow. Therefore, all law enforcement ranks are expected to\ncontinuously promote a humane, professional, and transparent approach in\nevery aspect of duty execution. Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho also\nemphasised the importance of utilising technology through the Electronic\nTraffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) system as the primary instrument for\nmodern, accountable, and fair traffic law enforcement. According to him,\nETLE optimisation must continue to be carried out to improve public\ncompliance while strengthening public trust in the National Police.\n\u2018Traffic law enforcement must be implemented humanely, transparently,\nand professionally. Optimising ETLE is an important step towards\nachieving objective law enforcement, reducing the potential for\nprocedural violations, and providing legal certainty to the public,\u2019 he\nasserted. On the same occasion, the new Dirgakkum, Senior Commissioner\nDr.\u00a0I Made Agus Prasatya, stated his commitment to continuing and\nimproving the various traffic law enforcement programmes already in\nplace. He affirmed that law enforcement services will continue to be\ndirected towards humane, fair, and public service-oriented principles.\nOne of his main priorities will be maximising the implementation of ETLE\nacross Indonesia to make law enforcement more effective, transparent,\nand integrated. \u2018We are committed to improving humane and fair law\nenforcement services.
