The governor plans<br>\nto give the special tax treatment to the foreign diplomats,\"<br>\nDeden said during a hearing with the City Council Commission C<br>\nfor budgetary affairs.<\/p>\n<p>The commission chairwoman Ana Rudhiantina agreed with the<br>\nplan, saying that it met Vienna Convention requirements<br>\nregulating diplomatic protocol.<\/p>\n<p>\"Indonesian diplomats get such a tax facility abroad.
