The magazine released a summary of the article<br>\nyesterday.<\/p>\n<p>While Fischer said the Southeast Asian crisis \"will be over<br>\nsooner if countries get on with their economic programs and the<br>\ninternational community provides financial support,\" he also<br>\npraised Indonesian ministers for their \"determination.\"<\/p>\n<p>The IMF managing director also said, \"Expansion could return<br>\nto (South) Korea and Thailand late this year or early next year,\"<br>\naccording to the magazine's summary.<\/p>",
