        "content": "<p>The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has launched the\nTransjabodetabek service on the Blok M-Soekarno-Hatta (SH2) airport\nroute. Buses on this route are equipped with dedicated luggage space and\nwill stop at three airport terminals.<\/p>\n<p>As observed, the Transjabodetabek SH2 bus on the Blok\nM-Soekarno-Hatta route differs noticeably from other Transjakarta buses.\nThere is a dedicated space for storing passenger luggage, located near\nthe middle door and marked with a yellow iron barrier.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that the buses were designed to\naccommodate the needs of passengers travelling through the airport.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe bus is different; the deck is lower because there are three\npoints at the airport where it must stop. And inside the bus itself,\nthere is space for storing luggage,\u201d Pramono said at the Blok M Terminal\nin South Jakarta on Thursday (12 March 2026).<\/p>\n<p>However, Pramono cautioned that the luggage space in the bus has\nlimitations. If passengers have a considerable amount of luggage, some\nitems may need to remain with passengers on their seats.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOf course, when people travel, they tend to have quite a lot of\nluggage, and not all of it will be able to have a dedicated space. So\nsome luggage will remain with passengers,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>The Blok M-Soekarno-Hatta Transjabodetabek route is operated with 14\nbuses serving journeys from 05:00 to 22:00 West Indonesian Time. Bus\narrivals are estimated at intervals of between 10 and 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the airport, buses will also stop at various points in\nJakarta, ranging from Blok M Terminal to the Senayan area and the\nMPR\/DPR building before proceeding to the airport area. The governor\nhopes this service will serve as an affordable transportation\nalternative to Soekarno-Hatta Airport whilst helping reduce private\nvehicle usage.<\/p>",
