Feisal Tanjung yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for the delay in making the promotions official is<br>\nunknown, though many officers said that it was purely due to<br>\nFeisal's busy schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Dibyo and Hamami, both 48, are former adjutants to President<br>\nSoeharto.<\/p>\n<p>\"Thank God for the new star.
