I sent an important package to<br>\nItaly on June 8, 2000, airway bill No. 342 2408706, and it only<br>\nreached my customer on June 16, 2000.<\/p>\n<p>I suffered major losses as a result because the package<br>\ncontained important samples that had to reach the customer on<br>\ntime. I lost a major order, costing me US$45,000, due to the<br>\ndelay and DHL was only willing to compensate me the delivery<br>\ncharge of the samples, totaling about $100.<\/p>\n<p>Frankly, using an unknown and cheaper courier would not have<br>\ncaused me this kind of problem.
