        "content": "<p>DHL introduces Cargoscan<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): DHL Worldwide Express has introduced Cargoscan,<br>\na device to accurately determine weight and volume of a commodity<br>\nusing laser technology to improve services to its Indonesian<br>\nclients.<\/p>\n<p>\"This device is our initiative to provide optimum customer<br>\nsatisfaction,\" DHL Indonesia services technical advisor Sean Wall<br>\nsaid in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Cargoscan is capable of handling 300 to 500 parcels per hour,<br>\nwith a maximum weight of 60 kilograms, he said, adding that prior<br>\nto shipment each package would go through Cargoscan to determine<br>\nthe exact weight and metric volume of the commodity.<\/p>\n<p>\"Therefore, customers will not receive claim for costs<br>\nincompatible with the measurements,\" Wall said.<\/p>\n<p>DHL has been operating in Indonesia since 1973 in cooperation<br>\nwith PT Birotika Semesta.
