        "content": "<p>The drummer for legendary rock group Dewa 19, Tyo Nugros, was\nreported to have failed to depart for Malaysia with the rest of the\nband\u2019s crew and personnel. The travel prevention occurred at\nSoekarno-Hatta International Airport on Friday, 5 June 2026, and quickly\nbecame a hot topic on social media.<\/p>\n<p>Soekarno-Hatta Immigration authorities confirmed the action was taken\nbased on an official request from the State Assets and Auction Service\nOffice (KPKNL) Jakarta I regarding a financial obligation to the\nstate.<\/p>\n<p>Soekarno-Hatta Immigration Public Relations officer Panca explained\nthat Tyo Nugros\u2019s name had been entered into the travel prevention and\ndeterrence list integrated within the Immigration Management Information\nSystem (SIMKIM). This status was automatically detected when officers\nscanned his passport at the departure terminal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe travel prevention was carried out at the request of KPKNL\nJakarta I on the grounds that the individual has a substantial,\nunresolved obligation to the state and has not demonstrated good faith\nin settling it,\u201d Panca stated on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond being barred from flying, Tyo Nugros\u2019s passport is currently\nunder the supervision of the Immigration office. This measure forms part\nof the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for handling overseas travel\nprevention cases involving state receivables.<\/p>\n<p>Immigration officials advised Tyo to immediately coordinate with the\nrelevant agency to resolve the matter. \u201cCurrently, the individual\u2019s\npassport has been handed over to Immigration until the case with KPKNL\nJakarta I is concluded. We advise the person concerned to report\nimmediately to the KPKNL Jakarta I office,\u201d Panca added.<\/p>\n<p>The news of Tyo Nugros\u2019s failure to perform with Dewa 19 in Malaysia\nfirst surfaced through a post on the Instagram account <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"pop.asia\">@pop.asia<\/span>. As of now, Tyo\nNugros is still unable to travel abroad until his obligation to the\nstate is fulfilled and his prevention status is revoked by the\nrequesting agency.<\/p>",
