\nMuliasentosa Dinamika, as the developer of housing at Lippo
\nKarawaci, and to Lippo Group for their negligence of the rights
\nof customers like me. I am very disappointed by an act of the
\ndeveloper, who changed what was specified in their brochure. I
\ncan accept the explanation by the state manager in their letter
\nof July 20. But the fact at the development site tells a
\ndifferent story. One of two windows located at the back wall
\n(corner) of the first story of this house is still missing.<\/p>\n
The main reason I purchased my house was the good quality of
\nthe houses and the infrastructure. The good name of Lippo Group
\nis at stake here if you fail to pay attention to this matter. We
\nhave paid for the house. We demand what you have offered. It is
\nbusiness ethics. Moreover, please bear in mind that the most
\neffective promotion is word-of-mouth.<\/p>\n
