        "content": "<p>Deutsche Telekom eyes Indosat<\/p>\n<p>FRANKFURT (AFP): The German telecoms giant Deutsche Telekom is<br>\nbeing seen by the Indonesian government as a potential \"strategic<br>\npartner\" for state-owned international phone operator Indonesian<br>\nSatellite Corp, the Wall Street Journal Europe reported on<br>\nMonday.<\/p>\n<p>The Indonesian government was no longer seeking to sell shares<br>\nin Indosat on the stock exchange but was instead seeking a<br>\nstrategic partner.<\/p>\n<p>\"We will be talking to Deutsche Telekom\" as such a partner,<br>\nthe newspaper quoted state enterprises minister Tanri Abeng as<br>\nsaying.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesia is selling stakes in some 12 companies this year in<br>\na bid to raise capital for the state budget. It already sold a<br>\n9.6-percent stake in domestic call operator PT Telekomunikasi<br>\nIndonesia in April, raising about 404 million dollars, the<br>\nnewspaper said.<\/p>",
