        "content": "<p>Deputy National Police Chief Komjen Pol Dedi Prasetyo stated that\nvehicle traffic flow leaving Jakarta on the second day of Operation\nKetupat 2026 remained smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Monitoring was conducted from the air to observe directly the traffic\nconditions on several major toll road sections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOverall, I monitored from the air, and the traffic leaving Jakarta\nis running very smoothly. Although there has been an increase, it\nremains in the very smooth category,\u201d he said when met at the Command\nCentre KM 29, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java, on Saturday (14 March).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to monitoring traffic, Dedi also ensured that the\nsituation regarding public security and order during the initial phase\nof the Lebaran exodus period remained under control.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOverall, the security and order situation is also very conducive.\nAlthough there has been an increase in traffic flow, it remains in a\ncategory that can be managed very well,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>After conducting aerial monitoring, the Deputy National Police Chief\ncontinued his inspection to Command Centre KM 29 to verify the readiness\nof technology infrastructure used to monitor toll road conditions in\nreal time.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that from the results of monitoring, traffic conditions\non several major toll road sections remained smooth, ranging from the\nCikampek direction to Cirebon, the Central Java border at the\nKalikangkung toll, to routes heading towards East Java via Ngawi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also saw that the toll road heading towards Merak is in very\nsmooth condition. At Merak, already at the Cilegon exit, efforts have\nbeen made to divert, particularly three-axle vehicles, directing them\nout of the toll road onto arterial routes,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Operation Ketupat 2026 runs for 13 days, from 13 March to 25 March\n2026, involving a total of 161,243 personnel from various agencies.<\/p>\n<p>In this operation, the police have prepared 2,746 posts consisting of\n1,624 security posts, 779 service posts, and 343 integrated posts\nfunctioning as information centres and service points for people\ntravelling during the exodus.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, security efforts are focused on 185,607 vital objects\nand crowded locations, including mosques, locations for Eid prayer\nceremonies, tourist attractions, shopping centres, terminals, harbours,\nrailway stations, and airports.<\/p>",
